One person, one product, written about plainly.
I'm Ben — the founder and the only person building Praxiko today. Praxiko is practice software for the practices that run structured care between appointments, not just during them: women's-health and pelvic-health physiotherapy, naturopathy and nutrition, integrative and allied health — often more than one modality under one roof.
The founding story
Most practice tools are built for the appointment — a calendar, a note, an invoice. That covers a lot of healthcare. It doesn't cover the week in between, when the client is on their own and the software goes quiet. And it doesn't cover the multi-practitioner referral with the bloods attached, or the client whose intake changes depending on which door they came in through.
That gap is what Praxiko is for — a calm place for the care that continues between visits, and for the workflows generic tools miss. Built by one person, sold by demo conversation rather than self-serve sign-up, currently onboarding founding practices. The product is designed for English-language clinical contexts globally; Australia is the current launch market.

What Praxiko deliberately doesn't do
Praxiko stores and surfaces information. It doesn't score symptoms, auto-flag check-in answers, generate diet or treatment recommendations, or otherwise interpret clinical data. The practitioner interprets; the software keeps the record. That line is deliberate — it keeps Praxiko on the right side of medical-device regulation, and it keeps the clinical judgement where it belongs.
