Terms
Terms of service
This page is a v0 scaffold. Drafted Terms of Service will be published before Praxiko's first paying customer onboards. The sections below describe what the terms will cover; they are illustrative, not yet binding.
What these terms will cover
A description of the service, what you can and can't do with it, account responsibilities, payment terms when paid plans open, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties and disclaimers, the limit of liability, termination conditions, and the governing law (Australia for the current launch market). Dispute-resolution paths and how to challenge a decision will be named explicitly.
Per-enterprise acceptance
Every practitioner and client accepts these terms explicitly per clinic they join. Acceptance is recorded as the legal record of consent — a fresh decision per enterprise, not a single click that covers everything. See Privacy for the related data-handling commitments.
